John has a passion for joinery and served his time in a high-end joinery workshop where he learnt his trade from master craftsmen. They taught him the skills to create bespoke products using traditional methods where he developed a keen eye for detail. Much of his work included (but not limited to) crafting box windows, arch doorframes, lantern roofs, window frames, doors, kitchens, and cabinetry. Later, he developed his carpentry skills completing shop fitout’s, house refurbishments and new-build properties, in addition to site-managing large commercial and residential fit out projects.

James entered the construction industry full time in 2008. He completed his apprenticeship working for his father’s company – James Regan Construction Ltd – where he was trained by a number of experienced tradesmen under the watchful eye of his father. After completing his apprenticeship, he continued to work for his father’s business for another eight years gaining experience in everything from basement construction, restoration on listed buildings, to roof construction, before leaving the company and carve his own path.

James remained at college after his apprenticeship and gained a HNC in Construction and the Environment before dabbling in a management role for a year, during which time he decided he preferred to work with his hands and continued to perfect his craft, working in specialist areas of carpentry.

After refining their skills, both James and John decided they were best placed to use their talents to provide a service superior to other construction firms in the market, and give clients the confidence to trust in their tradespeople.
